Alza ancora di un altro "+" e inizia ad usare il pc normalmente, magari questi giorni stressalo un po' con i giochi e altro e vedi come si comporta; se hai un 3DMark lancialo pure così metterai sotto stress l'intero pc.
Se dovessi riscontrare problemi riapri questo thread

Non è questione di overclock del processore ma di timings della ram, quella che hai installato tu ha il CAS pari a 9, quella che avevi prima invece era CAS 8, o meglio, erano CAS 9 ma reggevano bene anche i timings 8-8-8-20-27 1t come si evince da molti screenshot che hai postato.
Il product number delle ram che hai scritto credo che non sia corretto, prova a rileggere bene.

Se non hai gia fatto/risolto reimposta le Ram nel BIOS in specifica delle G.skill 9-9-9-24-2N 1.5v
