This 512mb Mushkin module uses IBM chips for the highest stability. It contains PC133 Chips mounted on a Mushkin 168 pin glass-epoxy substrate printed circuit board. These chips are designed to run in a very stable manner at the PC133 specification. As with all PC133 compliant modules it contains an spd eeprom which communicates with the system board both the module configuration and speed. These Mushkin PC133 modules are designed for motherboards based on the VIA KX133, KT133, KT133a and Apollo Pro 133a chipsets. The Intel 440BX, 810 and 815 chipsets do not support the 64x4 density chips. Please consult your computer or motherboard users manual or Mushkin tech support if you are unsure if these modules are compatible with your system.
