ragazzi ma la 760 non ha l'nf200, questo significa che se metto ad esempio 3x4890 sulla 760 mi vanno 1 a 16x e due a 8x ?

tutte le mobo con NF200 vanno a 16+16+16
4 X 8X

tutte le mobo senza nf200 vanno a 16 +8 +8

ma alla fin fine perdi 100~200 punti
perchè NF200 fa perdere circa 300 punti

a dire il vero io non ci ho mai avuto a che fare perchè tra le tante cose che ho sparse in camera c'è anche un floppy usb

Hi all, 
 
 I wanted to share my struggles from beginning to end to help with a clear step by step guide for installing the X58 using Windows XP and Raid.  This assumes some basic know how with computers to fill in some of the basic knowledge gaps.  Also, from another post, there is not floppy drive connection on the board, and USB isn't recognized by Windows XP for loading the Raid drivers during Window's preliminary install. 
 
 First, make sure the SATA drives are installed and don't use the red SATA ports for simplicity.  The drivers are for the black Intel ports.  Also, don't install a multicard reader until you are finished installing Windows. 
 
1).  On a working computer, using Nlite. (nLite - Deployment Tool for the bootable Unattended Windows installation - Download), slip stream an XP image with latest service patch and select the raid drivers. 
 
 2.) For help with slipstreaming go to the guide here  nLite - Deployment Tool for the bootable Unattended Windows installation - Guide  
 
    This is where I ran into problems with this part of the setup.  You have to 
      select the drivers from:                CD Drive:\Drivers\Raid\1CH10R\Win32bit 
 
            You have to select them as textmode driver.  (DON'T CHOOSE REGULAR PNP  
         DRIVER - I did and it doesn't work). 
 
 3.) After that is slipstreamed together, you burn a bootable CD. 
 
 4.) Go to the new machine now -you need to enter the bios and make two changes.   
                    Select the "Integrated Peripherals" menu  
                    Next select "Onchip PATA/SATA Device" 
                    Next select "SATA Mode" and switch to RAID. 
 
                    Next change your boot sequence to go to the CD Drive, if it isn't already. 
                    Save changes and reboot. 
 5.) Upon reboot, be clicking Ctrl-I to enter Raid portion of BIOS. 
 
 6.) Create RAID as desired. 
 
7.) When the setup starts, you should see your partion you just created and install accordingly.  Hopefully this helps someone as others have helped me!!!!

se sono per il raid e per installare xp o win2k3 prendili dal sito intel.. io li ho presi da li ed integrati con nlite senza problemi.

con nlite quando fai la procedura selezioni cartella driver e metti tutta la cartella che ti serve 32 o 64 (tanto poi ti fa selezionare i driver e tu selezioni tutti gli ich 10r).. pero a sto punto se hai un floppy usb senza impazzire scarichi da intel quelli che ti servono li metti sul floppy e via!! pero non so se il floppy usb lo vede perche la chiavetta anche emulata come floppy non mi andava in nessun modo almeno a me.. attenzione se hai win 7 o vista perche installando win2k3 dopo gli altri s.o non ti fa il dual boot quindi non avvii piu ne vista ne win 7.
