Ho acquistato un quantum Firball Plus AS!
Il problema sta nel fatto che con questo HD collegato non mi viene riconosciuto non viene formattato e la macchina è lentissima!!:
Allora, premetto che la prima volta sono riuscito a fare F-disk e a formattarlo, ho installato WIN sull'altro HD (IBM) e poi il quantum non è andato più!!
Tutti e 2 gli HD sono collegati sulle piattine ATA100 ma non usano nessuna modalità RAID!
prova l'HD sul normale controller ATA100 VIA (686B solitamente).. e vedi se così funzia tutto...così scoprirai se è colpa del controller RAID o dell'HD..

Slave Master, primary, secondary, ATA100, ATA66 ma niente!!
Dimenticavo, L' IBM funziona alla grande!
fatti cambiare il disco forse è difettoso oppure il modello è incompatibile con la tua mobo, succede a me è successo.
