.....vi premetto che non ho piu' la Epox 8k3a perche' mi si e' rotta qualche giorno fa (Fluctus sembra sparito ma questo e' un altro discorso che prima o poi riprendero'....) .

Ho "appoggiato" per ora una Soltek 75DRV con chip kt333.
Il resto e' lo stesso che avevo prima.
Avevo notato che il mio T-bread 1800 si avviava e funzionava con Vcore a 1.85 fino alla frequenza di 1950 mhz.
tutto stabile....giocavo...lavoravo...testavo....nessun problema .
Al momento di riavviare a caldo pero'....schermo nero, non si riavvia piu' il PC .
Questo lo fa con tutti i molti e FSB una volta superati i 1800mhz.
Fino a che ho trovato questo su un forum:

have found the problem!!!! After I closed all the L11 Bridges on my Tbred for use in my KR7A, so that it could run past 1.625V (Not needed on the Soltek SL-75DRV5) I tried it back in the Soltek board. And guess what???? It now boots at 1800+ with no problems! The thing is you need to up the default voltage! My best guess is that every time you coldboot the SL-75DRV5 it actually resets to default Voltage with this CPU. It then set the voltage you have selected in Bios. This again meens that my CPU any many other 1700+ can't run 1800MHz (2200+) + speeds at default Voltage of 1.5V for that short period of time it reboots! When you close the L11 bridges, either you select to default it to 1.65 Volts or 1.75V, It will mostly make it past the critical coldboot!!!! Yes, yes, yes, yes!!!! Now I can toss in my Soltek SL-DRV5 board again!!!! This will not bug people that has a 1700+ that is able to boot 1800MHz at the default 1.5V. However, as you up the speed you will need higher default voltage to make it past the coldboot, before the manual selected voltage kicks in. This maybe just a bug with the Lower Rated T-bred Rev A CPU's on this board. Who knows? I'm just happy I found the solution!

Si, insomma...alcune mobo quando si riavvia il PC scendono al Vcore di default e se il PC e' @clokkato......non parte
Unendo gli L11 si imposta il v1.85 massimo e il problema si risolve.

riguardo a quella mod , la sapevo gia , ma non mi fido a farla ! :P

Fatto

Uniti gli L11 tutto sistemato: sistema stabile a 1.85v a 2000mhz
senza problemi di cold boot

si 1.85, ma sto cercando una mod per aumentarlo > 1.90v
Io ho avuto una mobo soltek sl75kav quando avevo un T-bird 1300 che portai a 1700
.....e mi ero trovato benissimo.
Pure con questa, la sto testando e non fa una piega (a parte il baco che resetta il vcore all' accensione quando @clokki).
