Anche in questi c'è grande divario tra lettura e scrittura :(

Interessante il fatto che diano anche i dissipatori anche nel m.2 da quello che vedo nell'immagine. I controller arrivano troppo facilmente a temperature elevate, anche per i produttori sembra tutto normale.
penso che assisteremo alla stessa cosa che è accaduta con l'uscita degli ssd da 2,5 ..

è la fase in cui si ricopieranno un po tutti per far cassa ..
sono congegnati per mantenere inalterata l'operatività anche a tempertaure relativamente elevate anche senza
dissi.
Considera che all'interno del Marvell 88SS1093 sovrintende alle operazioni una cpu triple core ARM-Cortex R5:
• Frequenza: 500MHz (dinamici)
• ATCM: 96KB per core
• BTCM: 64KB per core
• TCM condivisa: 64KB
• Memoria ScratchPad: 128KB
• Buffer IDS: 128KB
TCM (Tightly Coupled Memory) è a tutti gli effetti una memoria cache di tipo low latency mappata fisicamente
e direttamente al sistema su cui il SoC agisce: qui viene piazzato il codice real-time e le routines più critiche
dello stesso.
Giusto per comprendere le potenzialità di questa minuscola cpu, è utile considerare che, a.e., il buffer IDS di
128KB riesce ad offrire internamente un bandwidth di oltre 3GB/s.
