Info formattazione su un dualboot
Ciao raga,è arrivato il momento di dare una bella formattazione al pc,solo che ho due partizioni distinte con XP e Seven;come da titolo devo formattare Xp,c'è il rischio che poi non abbia più la possibilità di scegliere come tutt'ora con quale SO partire e che Xp subrenti?Se non error parecchio tempo fa lo avevo creato con easyBDC....

Bisognerebbe capire quale sistema è stato installato prima e sapere come sono configurati i dischi per fare una previsione. Di massima, il consiglio di TheGood è buono... C'è da fare un pò di attenzione in più se l'installazione è stata fatta in due partizioni dello stesso disco, ma se sono due dischi separati di massima puoi stare a vedere cosa succede.
Questa è la storia di 4 persone chiamate Ognuno, Qualcuno, Ciascuno e Nessuno. C'era un lavoro importante da fare e Ognuno era sicuro che Qualcuno lo avrebbe fatto. Ciascuno poteva farlo, ma Nessuno lo fece, Qualcuno si arrabbiò perché era il lavoro di Ognuno. Ognuno pensò che Ciascuno potesse farlo, ma Ognuno capì che Nessuno l'avrebbe fatto. Finì che Ognuno incolpò Qualcuno perché Nessuno fece ciò che Ciascuno avrebbe potuto fare.
Ciao raga,è passato molto tempo da questo ultimo post,non ho più avuto modo di formattare;ora finalmente l'ho fatto..ma come avevo intuito,seven non parte più............
Ho provato EasyBCD 2.1.1,alternando con un po di prove riesco ad avviare sempre e solo uno dei SO,cioè riesco a ripristinare seven;una volta dentro al sitema riutilzzo EasyBCD e riesco a ripristinare Xp;insomma non riesco però più ad averli abedue;Il disco è unico e partizionato egualmente,dove ovviamente C è XP e in D risiede Seven...
Puoi provare, dal disco di avvio di windows, ad aprire una shell di ripristino ed usare il comando bootrec con l'opzione /scanos
Qui trovi una guida ai parametri del programma: Come utilizzare lo strumento Bootrec.exe in Ambiente ripristino Windows per la risoluzione dei problemi e per risolvere i problemi di avvio in Windows Vista
Però nella guida stessa fa riferimento a sistemi Vista e 7 (che hanno un boot leggermente differente da XP) quindi non sono sicuro al 100% che funzioni

Eppure, anche usando easybcd non dovrebbe essere difficile.
