cambiando argomento sembrerebbe che oblivio metta in ginocchio tutte le attuali schede video. qule è secondo voi il sistema migliore per fare girare oblivion?:pray
mah.. dipende da che cpu hai sotto anche.. io l'ho visto girare au xtx1900 e FX60 :D

con un processore p4 551 @ 3,2 ghz e una x1900xtx con 2gb ram corsair dici che avrà problemi? perchè per il momento non sarei intento a cambiare la cpu aspetto nel frattempo che il nuovo pentium extreme edition 955 o 965 scenda di prezzo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:fumato;

Da quello che ho letto in giro, Oblivion ha problemi con sk nvidia (e credo che abbiano rilasciato dei driver ottimizzati proprio per oblivion), con ati nessun problema.Quote:

comunque, con la config in sign... primo pc ci gioco a 1280x960, dettagli alti + hdr, senza grossi problemi, se non quando mi frulla l'hard disk... sul pc 2... ci gioco a 1024 con dettagli medio alti con bloom in maniera giocabilissima...

Havok: AGEIA appears to imply and consumers conjecture that the PPU is generating so many objects that the GPU cannot handle the load. Multiple direct tests on the game by using NVIDIA’s and ATI GPUs indicate the GPU has room to spare and in fact, if the PPU is factored out of the game, that the particle content generated by the PPU can easily be drawn at full game speeds by the GPU. So the introduction of the PPU most certainly appears to be the cause of the slow down in this case. NVIDIA specifically can technically verify that the GPU is not the cause of the slowdown.
