Per i giocatori di Call of Duty già in azione sul nuovo episodio, Ghosts, è in arrivo qualche novità per alzare la qualità dei rendering sulle piattaforme PC dotate di comparto grafico NVIDIA GTX.

I due miglioramenti principali costituiscono i grandi cavalli di battaglia di quest'anno per NVIDIA, ovvero l'algoritmo di occlusione ambientale HBAO+, in grado di mostrare illuminazioni più realistiche, e l'antialising temporale TXAA, che unisce ottimi risultati di correzione ad un basso impatto sui frames al secondo generati.

Sarà presente, ovviamente, la tecnologia PhysX, anche questa un grande vanto di NVIDIA, a gestire gli effetti particellari e di distruzione in gioco.

Riley, l'agguerrito pastore che ci accompagna in missione, cosi come gli altri lupi NPC presenti nel gioco, potranno beneficiare della potenza elaborativa della GPU per avere un movimento più fluido e realistico.

Per i pochi fortunati possessori di schermi 4K e di relativo comparto grafico NVIDIA GTX di ultima generazione, infine, sarà possibile giocare a CoD:Ghosts alla strabiliante risoluzione di 3840x2160, ovvero quattro volte la classica risoluzione Full HD.

avete visto o meglio ancora letto dei problemi di ram che cod ghost stà dando? dicono che non è difficile superare l'utilizzo di 16GB di ram, anzi, se hai il file di pagining disabilitato è molto facile che il sistema vada in crash o mille problemi. cavolate.
io, nel mio piccolo credo che, funboy a parte la questione in ballo sia un altra.
Dopo la patch il gioco gira anche con meno di 6GB (requisito minimo indispensabile), con 4GB di ram fila liscio quasi più liscio.. (in un anno e passa di sviluppo cosa diavolo avranno fatto? chi ha realizzato la patch lo ha fatto in 2 ore.. due ore di lavoro hanno rivoluzionato la ram in quel gioco....ma chi li sviluppa sti giochi?? topogigio??)

NOTA se lasci in background una finestra di monitor la ram, a mè, senza patch ne nulla cod ghost non mi ha mai superato i 2GB di utilizzo massimo. Và bene stare larghi ma 6GB (indispensabili) sono il triplo..

c'è poco da girarci attorno il fix è l'uovo di colombo ma di fatto, anche se lavora solo sulla gestione della ram di sistema se la chiamo crack non dico una cavolata.. quindi non vi dico di scaricarla e installarla ma quantomeno di informarvi.

c'è già la soluzione, una patch appositamente sviluppata che fixa questo, essendo (per ora) una patch "unofficial" la si trova (molto facilmente) googlando un pò.
Ufficiale o meno l'alternativa.. è non giocarci!!

In effetti il gioco è enorme è pesa tantissimo per l'effetto finale che non è poi un granchè. O l'hanno ottimizzato male nel porting oppure l'hanno appesantito con texture non necessarie

in questi giorni ho letto di tutto e di più su questo fix ma di ufficiale (parlo del produttore del gioco) non ho visto risposta in merito.. utile è utile e fin quì non ci piove, se la si può installare tranquilli tantomeglio, buona a sapersi :smt109

mamma mia.. preferisco non esprimermi in merito..
Per quanto riguarda i futuri aggiornamenti faranno piccoli ma frequenti fix o megapatch da 1GB e rotti alla volta? partono da 33GB poi tra fix e patch varie, mettici anche un paio di dlc cavolo sto giro altro che 40GB a gioco!!
posso affermare che il "core del gioco" + la single player di cod ghost occupa 28.5GB di spazio, il resto per arrivare ai 33 è multiplayer.

Chi ha fatto la pazzia di prenderlo in sola forma digitale,da scaricare via STEAM,avrà un el da fare... :D

non credo, di fatto questo gioco più del 4K mi ricorda un gioco in directx9 svilluppato male ed "arrangiato" peggio.. stendiamo un velo pietoso e speriamo nelle patch và..

con il nuovo aggiornamento ufficiale infatti l'assurdo limite minimo richiesto di 6GB è stato ridotto a 4.

Dal materiale che c'è in giro, non c'è molto di più rispetto a COD6, apparte qualche effetto di illuminazione-flare a casaccio con il sole da una parte e i raggi da un altra direzione, e qualche rotolamento di materiali vari. Il risultato è un gioco che va anche peggio!

Con BF4 gioco a 1366*768 a 70FPS circa (circa una 20 in meno di BF3), ma su certe mappe(MP) c'è il temporale e le onde che t'affondano il canotto!

da quanto ne sò su Xbox esce domani 3 aprile.. vi risulta?
non si sono "persi" un attimino per strada? cos'è questo? Crysis o Call of Duty? non mi piace la variante con mostri fantascientifici, se un gioco di guerra dev'essere io preferisco la versione "classica".
