TL-WR1043ND vs TL-WR2543ND | Stampa

Salve gente,
vorrei un piccolo consiglio tra l'acquisto del router TL-WR1043ND e TL-WR2543ND.
Del TL-WR1043ND ne ho sentito parlare bene e su internet si trovano molte recensioni positive su questo prodotto.
Anche il TL-WR2543ND ha un buon feedback, anche se in rete non si trovano molte recensioni.
Il TL-WR2543ND, a differenza del TL-WR1043ND, lavora in dualband, anche se non simultaneamente.
Voi che mi dite?
qualcuno di voi ha avuto modo di provarli o ha maggiori informazioni a riguardo?

A livello di prezzo non c'è molta differenza

TL-WR2543ND - 64 €

Non si trovano molti confronti in rete, mi interesserebbe sapere se a livello hardware sono identici e che anche il TL-WR2543ND sia un valido prodotto.

intanto ti posso dire che entrambi i router (io sono un felice possessore del WR1043ND) hanno la stessa frequenza della CPU (400mhz, ma comunque rimangono CPU diverse) e la stessa quantità di Flash (8MB), invece il TL-WR2543ND ha il doppio della ram (64MB)...l'unica cosa che non mi convince di quest'ultimo è che lavora in dualband però NON simultaneamente e sinceramente non mi sembra una cosa molto logica e utile.
Per quanto riguarda le performance ti allego le opinioni della comunity OpenWRT (essendo supportato):

"PerformanceWith Openwrt trunk (approx svn 307xx-something), this device can handle just over 300mbps sustained UDP throughput at maximum link rate (450mbps) and about 190mbps sustained TCP throughput wirelessly with encryption off. With encryption on, maximum UDP throughput drops to about 270mbps. This is quite similar (within 5%) of the results I got with the stock firmware.

My gut feeling is the CPU is too slow to handle the full wireless bandwidth and bottlenecks the device. Given that the stock (v1.2) device gets pretty hot but has no heatsink, there's the possibility attaching one and overclocking it might improve wireless speed.

WAN to LAN throughput with the same Openwrt build tops out at about 235mbps. WAN to LAN with the stock firmware is dire, topping out at about 80-100mbps, so Openwrt gives over double the routing speed."

Naturalmente su un router del genere si preferisci (è quasi d'obbligo :pp) sostituire il firmware stock con uno WRT per avere maggiori funzionalità e sfruttarlo appieno.
