Non sono certo sia il caso, ma il -r 768000 limita i saple rates che squeezelite può eseguire, senza il -x nel caso di sample rates diversi chiede al server di fare il downsample (da cui l'esigenza della capability D, che con C-3PO viene 'formalmente' inserita ma poi ignorata come richiesta in se).

ma non devo "downsamplare" nulla! La scheda supporta fino a DSD512, e forse addirittura fino a DSD1024. Per altro, uno degli stream che sto' usando per i test è già in DSD64.
P.S.: ho anche provato a togliere il "-V" (controllo di volume), e poi tutto il resto tranne le cose essenziali, ma non cambia nulla.
P.P.S.: l'unica cosa che non ho provato a fare è disinstallare del tutto C3PO... ma non mi va di perdere il setup e doverlo riconfigurare (sul "player" che uso normalmente).

Se hai disabilitato il plugin è come se, non serve disinstallarlo.

Quanto meno, la versione che ho io (che è l'ultima release "stabile"). Come dicevo, l'unica prova che non ho fatto è quella di disinstallare completamente C3PO ma, come dicevi tu, avendolo disabilitato per il player di test, non dovrebbe avere alcuna influenza.
