k6 2 overcloccato

    ho overcloccato il mio k6 2 a 400 in uno a 500. Ho poi provato a portarlo a 550 (anche se la scheda madre ufficialmente supporta max i 500) a 2.7 V ma il sistema è instabile causando errori in explorer. A 2.8 il sistema non parte neanche, anzi modifica alcune impostazioni del bios, a 2.6 dà un errore di protezione. Il clock di sistema è max di 100. Ecco la domanda è più performante un sistema 5.5*95=523 o 5.0*100? Abbassando il voltaggio del core riuscirei a ottenere un sistema stabile a 5.5*100?

    meglio 500. il vcore 2.4 sarebbe ottimo

    dici cioè di lasciare a 500 e non provare la combinazione 95*5.5 o di non provare a portare tutto a 550?

    Per poterti aiutare xò dovresti dirci che mobo hai e molto importante che dissi hai!
    Se raffreddi bene magari a 2.7 a 550 è stabile..
    Prova anche a 523 cmq e fai qualche bench così vedi le differenze e prova anche la stabilità con qualche programma tipo stability test
    Cmq descrivi x bene la tua configurazione e poi..

    secondo te posso disabilitare il chip sis da bios e installare una voddo pci?

    sarò ignorante io ma alla fine non ho capito la marca della Mobo..Cmq credo tu possa mettere una scheda video PCI..(non hai il manuale?)
    Che dissipatore hai?
    Visto che hai l'hardware monitoring dicci le temperature..

    500...di + non fai...puoi leggere tutte le caratteristiche che vuoi ma se la CPU li arriva...li te la devi tenere

    Certo che sti 400 fanno miracoli ! Che core ha?
    Anche io ho un 400 nell'angolo, vedo che si può fare, comunque da 400 a 500 a 2,4 V è una cosa pazzesca pensa che il mio 500 a 600 funzia bene solo a 2,6 e scoperchiato.

    che devo dire io che vado a 600 con 3 volt.Pero' io l'ho pagato 90 mila quando tutti voi lo pagavate 150

    cioè che core ha? il chip non è scoperchiato, la scheda madre è una m598lmr di marca amptron credo. Se comprassi una scheda vodoo dato che nella scheda è presente uno slot libero che probabilità avrei che tutto funzionasse?
