Olympus, prototipo compatta con ottica Zuiko
Photokina 2010 aprirà i battenti il 21 settembre ed Olympus annuncia la presentazione del prototipo di una fotocamera digitale compatta con ottica Zuiko. Per ora non è dato sapere oltre, se non che sarà compatibile con alcuni accessori per le E-P1/2/E-PL1 tra i quali il viewfinder elettronico opzionale.

Hamburg, 20 September 2010 – Olympus is developing a new flagship digital compact camera that for the first time will incorporate a lens from its critically acclaimed ZUIKO lens system. A mock-up of the new flagship compact will go on show from 21 to 26 September at photokina, the world’s leading fair for photography and imaging, held in Cologne, Germany. Olympus Imaging President Masaharu Okubo expects the new camera to go on sale in the first quarter of 2011.
In addition to a lens from the award-winning ZUIKO system, the new camera’s accessory port will be compatible with accessories for Olympus’ groundbreaking PEN E-P2 and E-PL1 cameras. Other features and specifications are yet to be revealed.
