In più propone uno zoom con copertura 26-676 millimetri, un mirino elettronico con regolazione delle diottrie e una batteria più duratura.

Pentax ha rilasciato la compatta Optio W90, dal copro robusto e dalle linee sportive, più resistente rispetto al modello precedente, la W80. La nuova compatta è stata progettata per resistere alla polvere e all’umidità; un design appositamente studiaro anche per essere impermeabile fino a 6 metri di profondità, con possibilità di resistere fino a due ore in immersione. La W90 è coldproof ed opera fino a -10 °C; resistente agli urti causati dalle cadute accidentali fino a un’altezza di 1,2 metri.

The Sigma DP2s is the successor to the DP2 which was introduced to market in April 2009 and incorporates a new AF algorithm, a Power Save Mode and a new rear design. The new AF algorithm provides high speed auto focusing, ensuring convenient shooting. The Power Save Mode lowers the battery consumption. When this mode is enabled, a greater number of pictures can be taken with a single charge of the battery. The new rear design aids quick recognition of the controls.
