ni. I servizi sono servizi... processi esterni, in user space.
In windows ce ne sono sempre un bel po'. In Linux ce ne possono essere... zero.
Però alcuni dei "servizi" di windows in realtà sono l'equivalente in user-space di alcuni thread del kernel di Linux(*).
Non puoi valutare banalmente "a numero": devi vedere uno per uno cosa sono, a cosa servono, cosa fanno. Nonché se sono attivi o inattivi, se lo sono di continuo o si "risvegliano" occasionalmente o periodicamente , ecc.
(*) È proprio questa la differenza principale tra i sistemi "microkernel" (come e.g. Minix, GNU Hurd e windows) e quelli che al contrario hanno un kernel "monolitico" (come Linux, Unix, BSD e derivati): nei sistemi che hanno kernel monolitici le funzioni essenziali del kernel (come ad es. i driver, i protocolli di rete, i file system, ecc) sono integrate nel kernel e girano in kernel mode, mentre nei "microkernel" alcune di queste funzioni sono demandate a processi "normali", che girano in user space.
